Returns & Refunds
We follow strict guidelines in inspecting the quality of our products before we ship it. So we encourage our customers to inspect the item thoroughly after receiving it. We will issue you a refund (excluding shipping) to your credit card for the price of any item that you return provided you return the item within the applicable money back guarantee time frame (7 day return policy ). You have to return it in its original condition and packaging, unopened and unused. A minimal 10% restocking fee may apply. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for Buckwheat Hulls, Pillows or bedding due to health risks.
All returns mailed to us as “returned to sender” will be charged to your account. We guarantee and stand behind all of our products; however, we are not liable for any charges related to returning of products. Kindly pay the Post Office or your carrier company when returning products back to us. For your security, insure your returns.
