RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) twice daily. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding,
or if you have a kidney disorder and/or diabetes. Some people may experience diarrhea. Do not use if security seal is broken.
